Products are shipped internationally from Thailand through FastShip, ensuring reliable global delivery. Every package is handled with care and securely packed for transit.

Domestic (Thailand): Delivered in 1–2 business days

International: Delivered in 5–10 business days

Discreet & Secure Packaging

All products are securely packed in light-resistant, protective packaging to ensure stability during transit. Labels are kept discreet, and parcels are sealed to maintain integrity and prevent damage.

A material safety data sheet (MSDS) and lab test results are included in every shipment to ensure full transparency and assist with customs clearance if necessary.

Customs-Friendly Documentation

To help facilitate smooth international delivery and prevent delays at customs, each package includes a printed material safety data sheet (MSDS) and third-party lab test results. These documents clearly identify the contents and are intended for research purposes only.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Eligibility: We accept returns of unopened, unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. For safety and quality reasons, items that have been opened, used, relabeled, or otherwise not in resalable condition are not eligible for return.

How to request a return: Email us at info@hairmaxx.me with your order number and reason for return within the 14-day window. We’ll reply with return instructions and a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Return shipping: Unless the item is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong product, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a trackable shipping service.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Non-returnable items: Opened or used items, custom or special-order products, items marked final sale, and any products not in their original packaging are not eligible for return.

Exchanges: If you need the same item again, please place a new order. Approved returns are refunded as above.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We aim to process all orders within 24 hours. If you need to modify or cancel your order, contact us immediately at info@hairmaxx.me. If your order has already shipped, we cannot cancel it; you may request a return after delivery (see policy above).

Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the parcel and product, and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

If a package is marked “delivered” but you did not receive it, contact your local carrier first and then reach out to us. We’ll assist with a trace and advise next steps.

Duties, Taxes & Customs

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges, if applicable, are the customer’s responsibility. We provide MSDS and third-party lab test documentation to assist with customs clearance.

Payment Methods & Security

Payments are securely processed by Stripe. We do not store full card details on our servers. Your card may show a temporary authorization hold; final charges are captured once your order is confirmed.

All refunds for eligible returns are issued back to the original payment method via Viva.com.

Address Accuracy & Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incomplete or incorrect addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an addressing issue, we can reship it after collecting the additional postage cost.
